Down Under Helicopters is one of the most experienced operators in Tropical North Queensland, being proudly locally owned and operated. Founded by pilot Steve Spinaze, Down Under Helicopters aims to provide the ultimate in touring options, at the most affordable price.

Our location truly lends itself to providing some of the most awesome sights in the world.  Appreciate from the air, the beauty of our two world heritage listed areas, the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree National Park. Enjoy a scrumptious picnic on a secluded sand cay, a spectacular scenic flight over the Reef and Rainforest, or try one of our full or half day packages to the Reef – complete with a scenic flight and cruise in conjunction with the vessel ‘Osprey V’.
